Make-safe

Owners corporations and strata managers call us first, day or night. We attend fast after water, storm, fire or vehicle impact: water stopped, roofs tarped, glass boarded, hazards made safe, with photos and notes from the first visit. Extra crews step in when storms bring hundreds of claims at once.

Restore

Our in-house, IICRC-certified technicians extract water, dry the structure and remediate mould, moisture-mapping and recording progress until the building is dry.

Report

We were there from the make-safe, so our report starts at the first hour. Licensed trades confirm the cause, and our builders prepare a clear scope and quote for the insurer or adjuster. For our panel insurers, that means their own builder on site from day one: processes followed, costs managed.

Repair

Once the repair quote is authorised, the same team that handled the make-safe and restoration project-manages the repairs. Priority One remains the point of contact for the adjuster, the strata manager and the residents for the whole claim. The builder who made it safe is the builder who finishes it.

Handover

Final inspection, completion photos and sign-off. The owners corporation gets professional service from the first call, and the insurer gets a claim run to its process, terms of service and agreed rates.
